Online booking - Administrative Sanctions Offices

By clicking on "Access the Service" it will be possible to use the online booking service for an appointment at the Administrative Sanctions (fine) Offices of the Municipality of Naples

General Information

Service Description

This service allows citizens to access the new online booking system named "Elimina Code". All citizens, resident or not-resident in the City of Naples, can make an appointment at the offices of "Gestione Sanzioni Amministrative" service at 330 Diocleziano Street.

The date of the appointment is assigned based on citizen needs and availability, thus avoiding long lines outside the offices at 330 Diocleziano Street. Once at the counter, the citizen may submit specific enquiries or other documentation.

On the other hand, the office operators have the advantage of knowing citizens' presence several days before the actual appointment, allowing them to process cases or retrieve documents in advance, reducing processing times significantly.

Citizens will be promptly notified of any changes regarding office hours, scheduled appointments, or other issues.
